By accessing or using One Wealth ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
One Wealth is an online financial analysis tool that provides investment portfolio reports, including tax optimization recommendations, fee analysis, and asset allocation insights. The Service connects to your brokerage accounts through Plaid to retrieve portfolio data and generates reports based on that data.
The Service provides informational reports and general financial analysis only. Nothing on One Wealth constitutes personalized financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified financial advisor, tax professional, or attorney before making any financial decisions. One Wealth is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or tax preparer.
To access paid features, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
One-time report purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated and viewed. For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges, but we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of the Service, contact us and we will work to resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.
The Service uses Plaid to connect to your financial institutions. By using this feature, you also agree to Plaid's Terms of Service and Plaid's Privacy Policy. One Wealth is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of data provided by Plaid or your financial institutions.
While we strive to provide accurate analysis, One Wealth relies on data from third-party sources (your brokerage accounts via Plaid). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis. You acknowledge that portfolio data may be delayed or contain errors originating from your financial institution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Wealth and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or use, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
